2.1 The partner shall be able to provide the ground handling services（flight Supervision services）required by China Postal Airlines Co., Ltd. in accordance with overseas station ramp and warehouse checklist.

合作方须能够提供邮航公司所需要的航班监理服务（具体参考境外站点机坪、货站监管检查单）。

2.2 The partner shall not charge any deposit from China Postal Airlines Co., Ltd.

合作方不收取押金。

2.3 The partner shall provide a credit payment term of at least 30 days.

合作方提供至少30日的付款周期。

2.4 The partner shall respond within the time specified by China Postal Airlines Co., Ltd.

合作方须在规定时间内响应。

2.5 The partner is required to sign a Service Level Agreement

合作方需签署服务等级协议（SLA）。
