2、Supplier qualification requirements

合作方主要资格条件

2.1 The Supplier needs to be able to provide all the ground handling services required by the China Postal Airlines Co., Ltd. in accordance with IATA SGHA.

合作方需能够根据IATA SGHA提供邮航公司所需要的全部地面保障服务。

2.2 The Supplier does not require a deposit.

合作方不收取押金。

2.3 The Supplier provides a payment term of at least 30 days.

合作方提供至少30日的付款周期。

2.4 The Supplier shall respond within the specified time.

合作方须在规定时间内响应。

4、Pre-Announcement Time

The pre-announcement period will run from September 3rd to September 5th, 2025. Should any supplier have objections, please submit feedback in writing within this period. The written response must include the contact person's name, address, and phone number, and be signed (and stamped, if applicable).
