On August 15, China Post Group Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as China Post Group) held a teleconference to make arrangements for the 2025 September 19 Farm Produce Festival, aiming to systematically advance the differentiated, large-scale and branding development of postal rural e-commerce.

President Zheng Guoyu of China Post Group pointed out, China Post e-commerce business has achieved remarkable results in commodity flow, professionalized operations, key collaboration scenarios, live-streaming operations, compliant operations, the system and mechanism reform and other aspects.

He emphasized that all postal enterprises nationwide should take multiple measures to promote this year’s September 19 Farm Produce Festival. First, postal enterprises should strengthen overall coordination and support to expand commodity flow. They should intensively develop model bases to enhance the brand awareness and reputation of “China Post farm produce”, select top 100 “farm produce selection specialists” of China Post to tell compelling stories of how China Post assists farmers, focus on promoting goods and farm produce enjoying “one policy for one product” sales solution to increase their visibility and sales on both the ULE and Douyin platforms, encourage postal executives and employees to participate in sales promotion through ULE stores, and leverage community group buying and the resources of postal outlets and stations to improve the synergy of e-commerce and finance. Postal enterprises should also ensure quality control and customer service to enhance customer experience. They should implement the three-level quality control system to standardize the entire process from product selection, sorting, packaging to delivery and ensure overall quality control. Besides, they should implement precise investment, formulate supporting measures, enhance platform operation capabilities, strengthen the “online plus offline” marketing matrix, expand transaction scale and conduct integrated and collaborative marketing. Additionally, they should strengthen brand promotion to expand its influence in the industry. And what’s more, postal enterprises should reinforce law-based operations to consolidate the development foundation and make sure that the bottom line for development is never crossed.

It is reported that the 2025 September 19 Farm Produce Festival will run from August 1 to October 15. Keeping the promotional slogan “From Farm to Family: China Post sends you delicacies”, the festival will focus on farm produce and operate along three business lines, namely farm produce, industrial products and value-added services. The festival will rely on online and offline customer touchpoints such as the ULE platform, postal outlets and ULE stations, and coordinate various sectors including parcel, express and logistics and finance to carry out marketing events such as developing farm produce bases and introducing best-selling products to stations and outlets, and eventually achieve new improvements in capabilities, new breakthroughs in commodity flow and new heights in assisting rural revitalization.
