On June 27, the 9th United Nations Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Day, the 7th China Digital Inclusive Finance Conference—a key event of the 2025 National SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) Service Month organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was successfully held in Beijing. As a co-host, the Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) participated in organizing the conference.
On the theme of “Digital Intelligence as New Momentum Enabling the New Future of Inclusive Finance”, the conference focused on core issues such as the digital and intelligent transformation of the financial industry, innovative practices in inclusive finance, the effectiveness of digital finance in serving the real economy and the cutting-edge applications of financial technology, and aimed to inject strong momentum into the development of SMEs through policy promotion, achievement display and case sharing. At the conference, PSBC has four cases selected as innovative achievements in digital inclusive finance, including cases on the ecosystem of decentralized supply chain finance and the solution to “digital intelligence video plus” remote financial services.
PSBC has always been committed to its positioning as a bank serving Sannong customers, urban and rural residents as well as SMEs. It has built a digital transformation “5D (Digital)” system of financial services for micro and small-sized enterprises (MSEs), and focused on key areas such as enterprises in industrial parks, industrial chains and industrial clusters and sci-tech SMEs, to forge professional service capabilities and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of SME financial services. Starting from the 14th Five-Year Plan period, PSBC has issued more than 6 trillion yuan (about 836 billion US dollars) in inclusive MSE loans, serving more than 2 million micro and small-sized market players, with the financing balance for sci-tech enterprises exceeding 600 billion yuan (about 83.64 billion US dollars).
