　　2、Supplier qualification requirements

　　合作方主要资格条件

　　2.1 The Supplier shall be able to provide all the ground support Services Required by the China Postal Airlines in accordance with the IATA SGHA Main Agreement, Annex A. (Find in the Appendix down below)

　　合作方须有能力提供中国邮政航空有限责任公司所需地面代理业务，业务内容依据IATA SGHA 主协议，附录A。（所需业务详见附件）

　　2.2 The Supplier does not charge a deposit.

　　合作方不能收取押金。

　　2.3 The Supplier shall accept that the payment will be made by carrier within 30 days after receive the invoice

　　合作方须接受承运方在收到发票后30日内完成付款的账期要求。

　　2.4 The Supplier shall respond within the specified time.

　　合作方须在规定时间内响应。

Should any supplier have objections, please submit feedback in written files(including contact person, address, contact phone number) signed or officially sealed no later than  October 28th, 2024 to Ms. FANG Shengjie and Mr. HE Junnan.(mail box: cgzx3@cnpostair.com)
