CORPORATE CULTURE AND TRAINING


Along with the processing work in modernized conditions, the postal service authorities have also focused on the corporate culture buildup, uplifting the workforce quality by sharpening their competing skills and by providing continued training.

In addition to the Shijiazhang Postal College, other colleges and universities have also established departments specializing in post and telecom disciplines and courses. Together with existing vocational and secondary schools and training  centers, these form an elaborate network offering various educational programs and in-service training courses. Combined, they have been providing appropriate training to a large number of managers, technicians and other personnel members, bringing to a new high the performance of the entire workforce.

Alongside with the development of the postal services, the working and living conditions of the staff  members have greatly improved. Numerous  amateur team of sports and ensembles performance arts and recreation are playing more and more important roles in the corporate culture programs, and in the publicity of the postal business and promotion of expanding service as well. As a result of these and other efforts, the staff members enjoy a rich and colorful life. And the majority of the postal enterprises have been awarded the titles of "Civilized Units "or "Model Enterprises "by local authorities. 

The postal service has also been mindful of its own past and growth. Through collecting relics. As a culmination of these efforts ,the China post and Telecommunications Museum with a floor space of over 10000 square meters is now open to the public, and the China Stamp Museum is well under construction.
