Delegation offices
Delegation offices will be located in Exhibition Halls
No. 2 and No. 4 on the first floor with an area of 2,900 m2. Offices of different
sizes will be assigned to delegations according to the 5 number of their delegates. All
the offices will be equipped with desks, chairs, a clothes stand and a cabinet for
documents with a lock. The keys will be given to the first delegate to register from each
delegation.
For the convenience of the delegates to use the postal services, a special Congress Post Office will be set up in the lobby on the first floor of BICC main building.
The Congress Post Office will be responsible for receivings and ac sending mail items of delegates, and handling all types of services offered by China Post.
Congress delegates may send the following mail items free of charge:
1. Airmail
-- letters up to 20 grams
-- postcards
-- other letter post items up to 20 grams
2. Surface Mail
-- domestic service : letters and parcels of all types within the
acceptable weight limits
-- international service : letters of all types within the acceptable weight limits.
3. Surface international Official Sacks
-- up to 30 kg
Mailing
and Storage Facilities 
Bag tags and address labels marked with the Congress logo will be sent to all participating countries. With the mailing information and delegation name completed and bag tag and address label affixed, the mail items can be mailed to Beijing prior to the Congress. The host country will store and hold them for the delegates to pick up in Beijing.
An "Urgent" peel-off label should be affixed to the mail sack or item that needs urgent attention. so that such sack or item can be sent directly to the delegation office in BICC.
