1.Pathogenic  micro-organisms  of  animals  and  plants,insect   pests  and  other  harmful  organisms(including   biological  products);
2.Animal  dead  bodies  and  specimens;
3. Soil,
4. Fresh fruits, eggplant, hot pepper and tomato;
5. Live animals (except cat and dog) and semens, embryos etc.;
6. Eggs, raw hides, hairs, hoofs, bones, horns and meats (including fresh meat, sausage, ham, bacon),
7. Aquatic animal products, milk and milk products, animal blood and its products.
Participants who carry the above objects should make declarations to the Customs and Administration of Animal and Plant Quarantine at the port of entry and receive quarantine inspection.

Pets

Participants are recommended not to bring pets. If pets such as dogs and cats are carried into the country, the official certification of quarantine and vaccination should be presented and declarations for quarantine should be made to the Administration of Animal and Plant Quarantine at the port upon entry.

Arms/Security Personnel

The security department of the UPU Beding Congress shall make careful arrangements and closely cooperate with the public security organs during the Congress to ensure the smooth progress of all the Congress activities in a safe environment. Delegations that will bring their  own security personnel should pay special attention to the following items  

1 .Arms/Ammunition
According to the law of China, it is prohibited to carry any arms and ammunition into the territory of China. Any person who attempts to bring or has brought arms and ammunition into the territory without official permission will be investigated under the law, and the arms and ammunition will be confiscated according to the law.

2.Security Personnel 
Delegations or delegates who need to bring your own security personnel must get the   approval of the Congress security department, and the accompanying security personnel must be unarmed. The identity of the security personnel must be provided to the Congress security department two months prior to the Congress.
