China Post Logistics has made great achievements in terms of key accounts development, business system establishment, network and information system construction, service quality improvement and brand recognition. The business revenue of the year is RMB 1.95 billion.

Targeted at the world's top 500 enterprises, large-scaled multinational corporations and the key industrial leaders in China, Logistics has made new progress in the development of integrated logistics service. By winning the tenders of Avon and Dell again and developing 17 new accounts of famous brand such as Motorola and Southeast Auto, the business scale has been further expanded and the cooperation was deepened. A large, efficient and stable customer group mainly consisting of famous international and domestic brands from the four industries of IT electronics, cosmetics, auto parts and healthcare has been initially established.

In the meantime, LTL freight service particularly customized to small and medium-sized enterprises developed rapidly with ever-maturing marketing model, expanded business scope and improved service quality, resulting in better economy of scale. Distribution/Mail Order Service took the initiatives to provide distribution services mainly for agricultural materials and farmers' fast moving and consumer goods based on demand in rural market, the standardized channels, improved information system and enhanced project management. A 3-level rural supply chain distribution system covering the nation's most rural regions has been established, which contributed to the social image of post serving "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers".

With LTL network constructed in Southwest and Northwest China, the coverage of China Post Logistics LTL network was expanded to more than 300 cities, 1,800 counties. A complete setup of logistics network came into being. The network capacity, the information processing capability, the service quality and the brand recognition have been improved following a series of measures such as expanding the capacity of special mail trains and adjusting stops for trains, organizing special routes for logistics, enhancing quality supervision, optimizing network routing, accelerating the construction of hubs and provincial logistics network, upgrading information system and improving account settlement system. In 2005, CPNL won the honorable title of "No.2 in the Top 100 Chinese Logistics Companies" for the second consecutive year.
