| Postal media have fully fulfilled
its function of education, instruction, communication and service in 2002,
playing an active role in building up the good image and promoting the sound
development of the enterprise. At present, there are over one hundred postal
newspapers and periodicals run by the postal bureaus of different provinces,
autonomous regions, municipalities and regional cities. 14 of them are issued
publicly nationwide and have their national issue number. Two of them are
run by the State Post Bureau, namely China Post News (newspaper) and China
Post (magazine); and two periodicals are supervised by the State Post Bureau,
namely Post Management and Technology and Postal Studies.
China Post News
China Post China Post is the organ magazine run by the State Post Bureau. The magazine, which is oriented to all the postal employees and management cadres, was improved a great deal in pursuing the editing style of being "deep, new, quick and vivid" in 2002. The website of China Post
China Post VCD (monthly) China Post VCD (monthly), with television as its media and VCD as its carrier, collects administrative news from the State Postal Bureau, postal news from different provinces and some programs on special issues. The VCD, known as monthly "Television Magazine", is oriented to all the postal employees and customers. With its circulation being 72,000 copies, it has 12 issues annually. |
