General Requirements for National Postal Service
Taking the important spirit of Deng Xiaoping theory and the Three
Represents as the guide, we will implement in earnest the spirit of the fifth and sixth Plenary Session of the
15th Central Committee of the CPC and give great impetus to the development of Postal Profitable Year activity in the whole sector, focusing on improving services, adjusting service structure as well as promoting innovation on operation, systems, management, techniques and services. the postal staff, ameliorate working style, consolidate and extend the success of

- To achicvc RMB 51 billion yuan in operation revenue, 8.5% over dIe previous year;
- To achieve profit ofRMB 100 million yuan;
- The overall labor productivity reaches RMB 103,000 yuan, 12% over the previous year.
